BRESI will serve as a property portal exclusively dedicated to marketing branded residences. 

Unlike traditional real estate agents. Instead only the developer of the project, its master agent, or marketing agency will be granted membership on the platform, ensuring a curated selection of properties.

Branded residences are renowned for being the epitome of luxury real estate.

BRESI operates on a membership model and does not charge any commissions, as property buyers will communicate directly with the developer.
