Palladium Hotel Group has made an official announcement regarding its expansion into the United Arab Emirates. This strategic move has been made in collaboration with Al Marjan and Almal Real Estate Development.
International expansion of the iconic Ibiza-born brand
Global growth of the Ibiza-based brand is highlighted by this announcement, as they introduce The Unexpected Hotels & Residences.
With an impressive investment of over $100 million. The ambitious venture will encompass a total of 442 hotel rooms including branded residences.
The project will be situated on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a top tourist and investment spot in the region.
It will feature a luxurious beach club, fine dining restaurant, and stunning infinity pool. All conveniently located next to the Wynn Resort Island with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.
The Unexpected Hotels & Residences aims to elevate its hotel and residential offerings to a higher standard of luxury and exclusivity.
Luxury branded residential development will be part of the new brands philosophy going forward.
