Having a Karl Lagerfeld hotel and residences onsite certainly adds to the exclusivity of the development. However most true luxury branded residences do not cater to the mass market, with 1000’s of apartments.
The Sail has over 3,259 units and 2 hotels with a total of 2,584 keys, we are awaiting for information at the official upcoming launch.
LH1 Global have been tasked with the marketing of the project. The first phase of International apartment sales will be launched in Dubai on Wednesday 24th April.
Launching in Dubai is an interesting choice, and will no doubt give the project excellent exposure to International markets.
Our own view is that this project should generate a lot of interest from property investors from South East Asia.
